​How we do it
As part of a typical manufacturer package, ADDS will:

Collect and submit performance data: sales, financials, CSI scores, and service metrics.

Prepare Operator and General Manager applications

Compile Source of Funds documentation.

Enter required data into OEM approval portals.

Work with you, your team, and OEM representatives to resolve application issues.

Draft, as needed, attorney letters* and governance documents, coordinating with your counsel for finalization.

Partner with outside accountants to prepare the dealer’s pro forma business plan and forecasts, analyzing financials, market trends, OEM benchmarks, and your unique circumstances.
