Buyer-side Assistance/Manufacturer Approval Package Preparation 

You’ve signed an agreement to buy a dealership. That’s only half the battle: the OEM still has to approve you. Time is often short, especially at year-end, and you still have a store to run. ADDS prepares your OEM application materials so you don’t have to.

What we do

For prospective dealership buyers, ADDS assembles and delivers an OEM-ready application package that positions you or your organization for approval. Our collaborative approach ensures your needs are addressed at every step of the process.

How we do it

As part of a typical manufacturer package, ADDS will:

  • Collect and submit performance data: sales, financials, CSI scores, and service metrics. 

  • Prepare Operator and General Manager applications

  • Compile Source of Funds documentation.

  • Enter required data into OEM approval portals.

  • Work with you, your team, and OEM representatives to resolve application issues.

  • Draft, as needed, attorney letters* and governance documents, coordinating with your counsel for finalization.

  • Partner with outside accountants to prepare the dealer’s pro forma business plan and forecasts, analyzing financials, market trends, OEM benchmarks, and your unique circumstances.

 * Any attorney letter prepared by ADDS must be reviewed, approved, modified if necessary, and submitted by Dealer's counsel.
